Sam&Max Save the World

Sam&Max Save the World

Telltale Games put the concept of episodic gaming to the test with Sam & Max Season One, six episodes that released approximately once a month on PC between October 2006 and April 2007. The full season came to Xbox 360 in 2009 with the name Sam & Max Save the World. In 2018, when Telltale went through liquidation, four of the studio’s original employees formed Skunkape Games and acquired the rights to Telltale’s Sam & Max games. We’re in the process of remastering all three seasons, but we didn’t want the originals to be lost to time. Want to know what playing these episodes was like on Xbox in 2009? Here they are, in their original form!

Get ready to Save the World in this side-splitting six-episode "season" of gaming's first sitcom. In the trial version, join Sam & Max on their first case in years, as they investigate a trio of former child stars turned neighborhood vandals. Armed with wisecracks, their wits, and a slew of heavy household objects, the Freelance Police must uncover the motive behind these seemingly senseless crimes... and then track down the man behind it all. When you unlock the full game, this simple case of local hypnosis grows to global proportions in the complete six-episode series. Can Sam & Max find the mastermind behind this evil scheme before the entire world slips into a hypnotic trance? Uncover clues, interrogate suspects, crack all six bizarre cases, and find out why Sam & Max is the funniest game series in years! This game requires the Xbox 360 hard drive for storage.
