In Dynasty Mode, you have the ability to offer recruits promises which can sway them to come to your school. Normally you need to maximize your Coaches Integrity, but with this item you can instantly offer every promise in the game. This will affect every team you control in Dynasty Mode and Online Dynasty Mode.
