Unfabulous

Unfabulous follows twelve year-old Addie Singer as she navigates life and middle school using her own music as a compass. Addie writes songs, which, like a journal, reflect her thoughts and feelings about the triumphs and pitfalls of the turbulent 'tweens, as well as the theme of the specific episode. Addie doesn't have lofty goals - she just wants to get through seventh grade. She doesn't want to be famous - all she wants is for Jake Torres to know her name. Unfortunately, things don't always work according to her plan and being in on Addie's creative process allows us to track her emotional journey. As we watch the events of Addie's life unfold we hear the funny observations and perceptions that run through her mind. Each episode will begin at the comedic high point in Addie's story and when she asks, "How'd I get here?" we go into a quick rewind back to the beginning to find out.
